Make a 5 minute presentation in 15 minutes, crazy or not crazy? When it comes to the process of making a 5-minute presentation in 15 minutes, depending on what the task is, it could be easy or it could be difficult depending on how much you already knew about the topic. In Hirwa and I’s case, we were asked to give a presentation on an AI software of our choice, but were then asked what our process was of making the presentation rather than the presentation itself. I knew next to nothing about Hubspot while he had a little bit of previous knowledge on what Hubspot was and what it is used for. I am a Criminal Justice major and I believe he is a marketing major if I’m not mistaken, so in my mind, I was not prepared. I created a free trial on the site to find as much information as I could to further expand both mine and Hirwa’s knowledge on the software itself. This software was easy to manage and it provided a lot of detailed information on what it is meant for, what services it provides, and the goals and reaches of what a business should have when it comes to customer relationship management. I specifically went in and explored some of the features that Hubspot had to offer, but I specifically looked at the email prompts that someone with a business could send to a client and it provided a lot of interesting email prompts.
